The folks at GetIT (my home away from home) did me proud yesterday. They took up my blood donation cause and went en masse to donate at the Blood Bank at HSA yesterday evening.
Unfortunately only 2 of them were able to donate but everyone stayed for the duration to support those who were giving. We decided this should be a recurring group activity and plan to go again in February when we are all eligible to give once again.
The pictures are rather small because unfortunately the only cameras we had on hand were our handphone cameras since mine is still not back from its sojourn in Hong Kong.
The first shot is of the bandage that appropriately says “Give Blood” and the second shot is of our 2 macho men posing after their donations.
